Greensboro, NC, Sept. 1. — Guaranteed Supply Company, headquartered in Greensboro, NC, has acquired the assets of Jett and Company. Guaranteed Supply now has 15-locations across the Carolinas, Southern Virginia, and Eastern Tennessee.
Jett & Company has long been a supplier of concrete additives, accessories, and tools from their two locations in Norfolk and Newport News. Their stores will compliment Guaranteed Supply’s Virginia locations in Chesapeake and Richmond, which specialize in waterproofing and building finishes.
“We are thrilled to welcome the Jett organization into the Guaranteed Supply Company family. Their area expertise complements the many areas in which we specialize,” said Michael Ward, CEO of Guaranteed Supply.

Guaranteed Supply company was founded in 1964 by Allan Ward in Greensboro, NC. Over the next 56-years, Guaranteed Supply grew to over 200 employees with four specialty divisions; rebar, infrastructure, EIFS/Stucco, and forming. Now the company is under the leadership of Allan Wards’ grandsons Michael, Jason, and Scott Ward.
Jett & Company started in 1921, selling war surplus goods, and now 100 years later, they are the go-to materials supplier for contractors in Norfolk and Newport News, VA. Like Guaranteed Supply, they remained a family-owned business started by Page Jett’s grandfather, which was eventually passed down to Page by his father, Archie Jett.
